National School Lunch Week was October 11-15. The cafeteria planned special menus for the week, and we honored them with a delicious breakfast by resident Chef Eddie Bledsoe. The ambiance for the scrumptious meal was enhanced with lovely embroidered hand towels for each of the staff members brought to you by our multi-talented Pre-K teacher, Ms. Betty Thompson. Also joining the crew for breakfast was Ms. Rosa Williams and Ms. Nancy Alexander, retired WCS cafeteria staff members, Ms. Ann McConnel, Newberry County Director for the Office of Child Nutrition, and Mr. Jim Suber, Newberry County Assistant Superintendent for Operations.
